Elite Residence, which has replaced the Najd Tower, is being built as one of the many freehold residential towers located at the Dubai Marina, which is opposite to the Jumeirah Lake Towers and next to the Dubai Media City. The tower will be located between the Le Reve and Marina Crown.
Elite Residence will be a 91-floor tower with 76 floors of residential apartments, 4 parking floors, 4 basement floors, and two floors of health club. The AED 1 billion (USD 272 million) development will have a total of 695 units in the form of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments from 924 to 7,188 square feet (88 to 668 square meters). The top floor of the tower will be occupied by a 14,402 square foot (1,338 square meter) 5-bedroom villa.
Amenities at Elite Residence include swimming pools, gymnasium, children's day care nursery, health spa, smart home enabled units, and a business centre.
